InkRockit is the operating brand of MY AIGENCY LLC, a Florida limited liability company (collectively “we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit inkrockit.com, request a quote or samples, place an order, contact us, or exchange text messages with us. It applies to the inkrockit.com website and the services we provide through it.

- Web form opt-in: By providing your mobile number on a quote, order, contact, or sample request form on inkrockit.com and submitting the form with the SMS-consent checkbox or notice acknowledged. The form, page, and timestamp of your consent are recorded.
- Customer-initiated SMS: By sending a text message to our published business number, 1-800-900-5632, you are initiating the conversation and consenting to receive SMS replies from us.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
b. Message Types
If you opt in, you may receive messages of the following types:
- Order status updates (proof approvals, production updates, shipping notices).
- Quote follow-ups and clarifying questions about your project.
- Customer service replies to questions you have sent us.
- Occasional informational messages related to your account or active inquiries.
c. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
d. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any of our messages at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from the program unless you opt in again.

g. No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing
InkRockit does NOT share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text message content to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. Data is only shared with our SMS service provider strictly to deliver the messages you have requested.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with the limited categories of recipients listed below, and only as needed to operate our business:
- Payment processors (e.g., Helcim) to process payments you authorize.
- Shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to deliver finished print orders to the address you provide.
- Hosting, infrastructure, and analytics providers who operate the systems that run inkrockit.com and our internal tools, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- SMS service provider to transmit the text messages you have opted in to receive, as described in Section 4.
- Legal and safety: to comply with a valid legal request (subpoena, court order, or law), to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of InkRockit, our customers, or others.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or message content for any third party’s marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including operating our business, providing customer service, and complying with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements.
SMS opt-in evidence (including the consent record, channel, page or message, and timestamp) and message logs are retained for a minimum of two (2) years to demonstrate compliance with mobile carrier and regulatory requirements, and may be retained longer where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion: ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
